Welcome to Osteria I’Ciocio by Fabrizio Caponi e Deanna Bezzini.
I’ Ciocio is the nickname that some friends from the Val di Cornia area have chosen for Fabrizio, to highlight his simplicity and his passion for friendship and good company.

You can find us in the heart of the medieval town of Suvereto, where we carry on our cooking and hosting philosophy which connects health, authenticity, taste, innovation and tradition.

Here you will find Deanna in the dining area and Fabrizio in the kitchen. We have proposals for every dietary styles and for the needs of our customers with allergies or intolerance. Come and meet our staff, read about our story and our commitment to organic farming through our progetto Sterpaia.

It is an old olive oil mill right in the middle of the historical centre of Suvereto, in front of a thirteen century beauty, the Town Hall, not far from the fascinating Rocca Aldobrandesca. It has got two communicating entrances: the main one gives onto piazza dei Giudici, the other on via Garibaldi.

  • Bellissima location, raccomandata la prenotazione soprattutto se si vuole cenare all'aperto! Abbiamo cenato in quattro, gustando ottimi piatti di carne. Eccellente il cinghiale e il reale di manzo cotto a bassa temperatura. Servizio molto curato e cordiale. Ottimi i vini di produzione locale che abbiamo assaggiato, consigliati da Alessandro!   • Per la serata di Ferragosto abbiamo scelto una certezza: la cucina dell I Ciocio!! Stavolta abbiamo optato per un menù di mare, il risultato è lo stesso: stupefacente e meraviglioso!!! Equilibrio e gusto delle pietanze si meritano una lode ed il conto è solo una formalità per la qualità della cena. Un locale non per tutti! Presente nella guida Michelin, attendo la stella!!
